Feeling healthy and inspired is the goal. Watch your child flourish into a mini yogi or yogini as they take part in yoga sessions, fitness training and mindfulness exercises.
Over two days, kids discover the benefits of wellness and mindfulness. Going on the journey with our wellness instructors, they enjoy enriching yoga practices and the art of meditation.
Kids are inspired to join in group practices to keep them active and help them reflect on their world. Through this journey, they develop a greater understanding of the benefits of healthy eating, expressing gratitude, the wonders of nature, and feeling good with yoga.
Throughout the retreat, kids learn core yoga poses, how to prepare nutritious meals, tips and tricks for mental wellbeing, how to explore the local natural habitat, and much more. The time spent at the camp invites kids to practice awareness of themselves and the world around them.
Each day ends with the opportunity to meditate, providing space and time to put their new skills into practice.
By the end of the retreat, our budding wellbeing warriors will have an enriched understanding of how to tap into their inner energy and a renewed appreciation for the world around them.
